1. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on the bd 2024 platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. Each user may operate only one account — creating multiple accounts is not permitted. It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials secure. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to us immediately.

2. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account. Allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and notify our support team. bd 2024 will never ask for your password or personal information via email or message. Stay alert to phishing or fraudulent communications and report anything suspicious to us. Use a strong password and change it regularly to keep your account secure.

3. Deposit, Withdrawal & Transaction Policy

All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) and must be completed through applicable local payment methods. Deposited funds must come solely from your own bank account or mobile banking — transactions through third parties are not accepted. Withdrawal requests may take a certain amount of time to process, and withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. bd 2024 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account in the case of suspicious or unusual transactions. Any transaction associated with money laundering or illegal financial activity will be immediately cancelled and the relevant authorities will be notified.

4. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on the platform are operated fairly and transparently, and no manipulation is involved in determining outcomes. The use of bots, automation software, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited. In the event of any dispute regarding game results, the decision of bd 2024 shall be considered final. Any attempt to exploit bonuses or promotional offers through multiple accounts will result in the termination of all associated accounts. 5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform and may result in permanent account termination. Operating an account under a false identity or using another person's information is not allowed. Copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, software, or data from the platform without authorization is prohibited.

6. Right to Modify Terms

Bd 2024 reserves the right to modify these terms, in whole or in part, at any time. For significant changes, registered users will be notified by email where possible. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. 7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. The courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction over any disputes or claims. Any dispute between a user and bd 2024 will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, Bangladesh's alternative dispute resolution procedures will be followed. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully in effect.
